So why hasn't nuclear improved it's tech? Seems like a cultural problem ... which solar did not have. Is there another reason. Is there hope for the industry?

I didn't respond to argue ... I was throwing out my thoughts but mostly I'm actually interested in what went wrong, and what the future is most likely.
